From an experience with the Lord at age 12, Randy has persued the call to love God with all, and to equip leaders of leaders at the gates of culture to demonstrate the Kingdom of God and shape culture from the inside out.
His passion is to equip the equippers and to leave a legacy of leaders in the church who know how to equip others with more than theology, ideology, and knowledge. Rather, to equip every person with "HOW TO BE AND DO" in every gate of culture not only the church. Your church will experience transformation and shape culture from the inside out as a result.

Lesli Lamb-Bixby, is a co-founder of Cultural Architects, an ICF Certified ACC coach, and an engaging speaker known for her "straight shooter" manner. Others describe her as transparent, insightful, and hilarious. She is a woman who knows how to love and heal others. She is affectionally called "BUCKET" by the grandchildren and is a FOODIE!
